1) Eligibility & Use of Our Website

603 Transfers provides custom-printed products including:
- DTF (Direct to Film) transfers
- UV DTF transfers/decals
- Sublimation transfers
- Custom stickers
Because products are custom-made, outcomes depend heavily on the accuracy and quality of the artwork files you provide and the selections you make at checkout (size, quantity, finish, etc.).
3) Orders, Pricing & Payment
A) Order Acceptance
Your order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and processed by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or policy violations.
B) Pricing
Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
C) Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method used at checkout for the total amount of your order.
4) Artwork Uploads & Customer Responsibilities
A) File Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Correct spelling, placement, and design content
- Correct sizing and formatting
- Transparent backgrounds where required
- Print-ready quality (recommended 300 DPI at final size)
We are not responsible for print issues caused by customer-submitted files, including low-resolution artwork or incorrect sizing.
B) File Review
We may perform basic print-readiness checks, but we do not guarantee full design review unless specifically offered. The final responsibility for artwork accuracy remains with the customer.
5) Intellectual Property & Rights to Print
By uploading artwork or requesting prints, you confirm you have the legal rights to use, reproduce, and print the content submitted.
We will not knowingly print designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other protected rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
You retain ownership of your artwork. We do not claim ownership of customer designs.
6) Production Time, Turnaround & Shipping
Production time varies depending on product type, order volume, and whether files are print-ready.
Shipping times are estimates and are controlled by the carrier once the package leaves our facility. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for reshipments due to incorrect addresses or returned packages.

7) Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Because most items are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited.
If there is a proven printing defect or order error caused by us, we may offer:
- A replacement/reprint
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (when appropriate)
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

8) Application & Use Disclaimer
DTF transfers, UV DTF decals, and sublimation transfers require proper application. Results depend on:
- Correct settings and pressure (for heat press products)
- Proper surface cleaning and application method (for UV DTF)
- Correct blank compatibility (especially for sublimation)
We are not responsible for failures caused by improper pressing, incorrect settings, incompatible surfaces, or misuse after delivery.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- 603 Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you in full.
