General Questions

1) What does 603 Transfers print?

We print:

  • DTF (Direct to Film) transfers for apparel and fabric items
  • UV DTF transfers/decals for hard goods (no heat press needed)
  • Sublimation transfers for sublimation-ready blanks
  • Custom stickers for branding, packaging, and promotions

2) Do you ship orders or offer pickup?

We offer shipping and may offer pickup depending on your order type and schedule. For the latest details, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the best option for you.

3) Can you help me choose the right product?

Yes. Tell us what you’re applying to (shirt, hoodie, tumbler, glass, plastic, packaging, etc.) and we’ll recommend the best option: DTF, UV DTF, sublimation, or stickers.

Artwork & File Setup

4) What file types do you accept?

We typically accept PNG, PDF, and AI/EPS depending on the product. For best results, send high-resolution, print-ready artwork.

5) What resolution should my artwork be?

For clean detail and sharp edges, we recommend 300 DPI artwork at the final print size whenever possible.

6) Do you print with a transparent background?

For most designs, yes — especially for DTF and stickers. If you upload a PNG, make sure the background is transparent (no white box).

7) Do you offer artwork editing or cleanup?

Light adjustments may be possible, depending on the file and the request. If your file needs resizing, cleanup, or conversion, contact us before ordering.

8) Will you check my file before printing?

We do basic print-readiness checks, but you are responsible for approving your artwork. If you want a more detailed review, please request it when you reach out.

DTF Transfers (Direct to Film)

9) What is a DTF transfer?

DTF (Direct to Film) is a high-quality transfer printed on film and applied using a heat press. It works on many fabric types and is popular for full-color designs and logos.

10) What fabrics work best with DTF transfers?

DTF is commonly used on:

  • Cotton
  • Polyester
  • Cotton/poly blends
  • Many performance fabrics
If you’re unsure about your specific fabric, ask us and we’ll guide you.

11) How do I apply DTF transfers?

DTF transfers require a heat press and correct time/temperature/pressure. Your order instructions may include recommended settings. If you need help, contact us and tell us your garment type and press model.

12) Are DTF transfers durable?

Yes — when applied correctly and cared for properly. Proper pressing and washing habits make a big difference in long-term durability.

UV DTF Transfers / Decals

13) What is a UV DTF decal?

A UV DTF decal is a high-adhesion printed decal made for hard surfaces. It’s applied by rubbing/pressing onto the surface — no heat press required.

14) What surfaces can I apply UV DTF decals to?

UV DTF decals work best on smooth, clean surfaces like:

  • Tumblers and cups
  • Glass
  • Plastic
  • Metal
  • Acrylic
  • Finished wood (sealed)
We recommend avoiding heavily textured, oily, or rough surfaces.

15) Are UV DTF decals waterproof?

UV decals are designed to be durable and water-resistant when applied to a properly cleaned surface. For best results, allow the decal to set after application and avoid heavy abrasion.

16) Can UV DTF decals go in the dishwasher?

Dishwasher use can reduce life depending on the surface, soap, heat, and cycle type. For best results, we recommend gentle washing and avoiding harsh scrubbing.

Sublimation Transfers

17) What is a sublimation transfer?

Sublimation transfers are designed to be pressed onto sublimation-ready blanks (often polyester fabric or coated hard goods). The ink bonds into the material for a vibrant, long-lasting result.

18) Can sublimation transfers be used on cotton shirts?

Sublimation works best on polyester or poly-coated products. If you want full-color prints on cotton, DTF is usually the better choice.

19) Do you provide pressing instructions for sublimation?

Yes, basic guidance can be provided. Settings may vary depending on the blank, so always follow your blank manufacturer recommendations when available.

Custom Stickers

20) What types of stickers do you offer?

We offer custom stickers for branding, packaging, and promotions. Sticker type and finish may vary — reach out if you need a specific material, finish, or use case.

21) Can you print kiss-cut or die-cut stickers?

Depending on your order, we can produce custom-cut sticker options. If you need a specific cut style, contact us before ordering.

22) Are stickers waterproof?

Sticker durability depends on the material and finish. If you need waterproof/outdoor-grade stickers, tell us your use case and we’ll recommend the best option.

Orders & Printing

23) Can I order bulk quantities?

Yes. Bulk orders are welcome. For large-volume pricing or repeat production, contact us and include your size, quantity, and deadline.

24) Can you print copyrighted images or brand logos I don’t own?

We can only print designs you have the rights to use. If you’re not sure, contact us before submitting the order.

25) What if there’s an issue with my order?

If something looks wrong, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
We’ll review it and help make it right.
