At 603 Transfers, we work hard to keep ordering simple and shipping reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, ship packages, and handle common shipping-related questions for DTF transfers, UV DTF decals, sublimation transfers, and custom stickers.

Order Processing Time

All orders require production time before they ship. Processing time can vary based on:

  • Product type (DTF, UV DTF, sublimation, stickers)
  • Quantity and complexity
  • Print schedule and current order volume
  • File readiness (print-ready vs. requiring changes)

Important: Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed and print files are received in a print-ready format.

If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the best option.


Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted shipping carriers and services selected at checkout (when available). Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Carrier service selected
  • Seasonal delays or carrier disruptions

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (when applicable).


Shipping Time vs. Processing Time

Please note:

  • Processing time = time to print/produce your order
  • Shipping time = time in transit after the package leaves our facility

Delivery estimates do not include production/processing time unless specifically stated.


Order Cutoffs & Same-Day Shipping

If same-day shipping or rush processing is available, it will be listed on the product page or communicated directly. Not all products or order types qualify.

To avoid delays, make sure:

  • Your artwork is correct and print-ready
  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • You respond quickly if we contact you about a file issue

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email (if provided at checkout). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is in production or already shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. While we’ll gladly assist with tracking, 603 Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

If your package shows as:

  • Delivered but you didn’t receive it
  • Delayed for an extended period
  • Missing in transit

Please contact us and we will help you take the next steps. You may also need to file a claim with the carrier depending on the situation.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the product damage

We’ll review the issue and work with you on the best resolution.


Incorrect Items or Printing Issues

If you believe you received the wrong item or there is a printing issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll investigate quickly and help make it right if the issue is on our side.


Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned because it was:

  • unclaimed
  • refused
  • returned due to address errors

We can reship it after confirming the address. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Local Pickup (If Available)

Local pickup may be available depending on the order type and schedule. If pickup is available, it may appear at checkout or can be arranged by contacting us.
